Protocol Development & IRB Submission Services
LBS offers expert consulting services in the development, management, and submission of a sponsor's research protocol to an IRB. From the time we receive the sponsor’s protocol, it generally takes us approximately one month to receive IRB approval and initiate collections.
Examples of IRB-approved research studies that we have supported include:
- Recruitment of normal subjects for collection of non-mobilized mononuclear cells for use in cell processing device qualification and validation
- Recruitment of subjects with a history of melanoma (Grade II) for non-mobilized mononuclear cell collections for use in pre-clinical developmental studies of a melanoma vaccine
- Recruitment of subjects with HIV infection (anti-retroviral experienced with defined viral load) for non-mobilized mononuclear cell collections for use in process qualification of an HIV vaccine
